Choose a practical piece format
Size, shape, density and surface treatment influence texture and pack fill. Twists, cylinders and novelty shapes may require different handling, while mixed colors or flavors need a clear assortment plan.
Protect softness and appearance
The primary package should support dependable sealing and suitable moisture protection. Cartons should limit compression so pieces arrive with their intended shape and surface condition.
Test the finished pack
Review net weight, piece distribution, seal quality and carton fit using the intended production pack. This is more informative than evaluating loose samples alone.
