A display carton serves two jobs: it carries products through distribution and becomes part of the retail presentation. Its dimensions and structure should be planned with the individual pack from the beginning.
Start with shelf requirements
Confirm available shelf width, desired number of facings and how shoppers will remove each unit. The display should keep branding visible as products are sold.
Protect products in transit
The carton must hold units securely before opening. Board strength, dividers, orientation and master-carton fit all contribute to maintaining a neat retail presentation.
Confirm packing instructions
Record unit count, flavor mix, display orientation, sealing method and shipping-mark requirements. A packing sample helps all teams understand the expected finished result.
