A Better Confectionery Enquiry: What to Include

The information that helps a candy manufacturer respond with useful options and realistic next steps.

10 OCT 2024 · Fly Foods

A detailed enquiry saves time for both buyer and manufacturer. It does not need to be a technical specification, but it should explain the product, market and commercial goal clearly enough to begin a focused conversation.

Your product brief

Name the candy category and describe the flavor, texture, shape, color and approximate piece or pack size. Attach reference images when they clarify the intended result. Mention whether you are selecting from an existing range or developing a private-label product.

Your packaging and market

Share the retail pack type, target weight, destination country and sales channel. Note any artwork, language, barcode or carton requirements already known.

Your commercial target

Include estimated order quantity, target price range, required delivery date and delivery location. If quantities are still being evaluated, an expected range is more useful than leaving the field blank.

Send these details to Daniel@fly-foods.com, and our team can guide the next discussion around formulation, design, manufacturing and logistics.
